Privacy Policy

Effective July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how P2P Ventures LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use b2bai.directory, which is owned and operated by P2P Ventures LLC. In this policy, b2bai.directory is referred to as the Directory.

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Directory. It may include:

  • Account information: email address, authentication records, account identifier, and account status.
  • Subscription and transaction information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing history, refund records, and related customer records. Stripe processes payment-card information. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Usage information: workflows viewed or saved, pages visited, feature interactions, referring pages, and similar activity associated with use of the Directory.
  • Device and technical information: browser and device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and diagnostic, fraud-prevention, or security logs.
  • Communications: support messages, refund or privacy requests, newsletter subscriptions, feedback, and communication preferences.

Users cannot upload, publish, or submit their own content through the Directory. Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential client data, or regulated data through support email.

2. How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, purchase access, contact us, or subscribe to communications.
  • Automatically through cookies, local storage, analytics, server logs, and similar technologies.
  • From service providers that support authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, email, fraud prevention, and customer support.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and secure the Directory.
  • Create and authenticate accounts and preserve saved-workflow features.
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Respond to support, privacy, billing, and service requests.
  • Measure usage, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve content and features.
  • Send account, authentication, billing, security, and service communications.
  • Send optional newsletters and product updates and manage communication preferences.
  • Comply with law, protect rights and safety, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely as applicable on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Directory.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking signals

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, service operation, and analytics. We use Google Analytics or similar analytics services to understand traffic and use of the Directory. Analytics providers may collect technical and usage information and may recognize a browser or device across different services, depending on their technology and your settings.

You can control cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent account, login, or saved-workflow features from working. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no uniform industry response to that signal, the Directory does not currently respond to Do Not Track.

We do not use the Directory to serve targeted advertisements and do not currently sell personal information for money. Because we do not currently engage in those activities, there is no separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out link. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the business purposes described in this policy:

  • Hosting, infrastructure, and authentication providers, including Supabase and Vercel.
  • Payment and billing providers, including Stripe.
  • Analytics providers, including Google Analytics.
  • Email and communication providers used for service messages and optional newsletters.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and support providers when needed to protect or operate the Directory.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transaction participants in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business.

Service providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. The Directory also links to third-party AI tools and websites whose practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Marketing and service emails

We may send necessary account, authentication, billing, security, and service messages. These are separate from marketing messages and may be necessary to maintain an active account.

We may also send optional weekly or monthly newsletters and product updates. Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account or billing messages.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Directory, maintain transaction and business records, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers our processing, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

To submit a request, email hello@b2bai.directory. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request. We may verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” Residents may also contact their state attorney general or applicable data protection authority. Delaware residents may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov.

10. International users

P2P Ventures LLC operates from the United States. If you access the Directory from another country, information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where service providers operate. Where required, we rely on contractual terms or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

11. Children's privacy

The Directory is a general-audience business service intended for users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.

12. Third-party services

The Directory references and links to third-party tools, websites, and services. We do not control their data practices, security, availability, or terms. Review their policies before providing personal, confidential, or regulated information to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Directory, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Directory or by email when appropriate.
