Start in Salesforce and filter for active opportunities where a custom asset could influence the next step: late-stage deals, competitive evaluations, executive meetings, stalled opportunities, or strategic logos. Pull the account name, industry, opportunity amount, stage, close date, primary pain, known competitors, decision criteria, and next meeting date. Do not generate one-pagers for every opportunity. This workflow is most useful when applied to deals where relevance can change momentum.

Use a minimum deal threshold or strategic account flag. Custom one-pagers are powerful, but they become operational noise if reps request them for every small deal.
