Start in HubSpot and define your reactivation pool. Example criteria: lead score above threshold, ICP fit, no meaningful activity in 60-180 days, no active opportunity, no unsubscribe, and no disqualification reason. Create clear exclusions for customers, open deals, bad-fit leads, competitors, and compliance-sensitive contacts.

Do not include every old lead. Reactivation works best when you start with high-fit people who had some prior signal, not a dusty database dump.
