Start in Google Sheets and create one row per planned video variant. Use columns for audience, pain angle, hook pattern, proof point, format, CTA, landing page URL, approval status, post URL, and performance notes. Keep the matrix small enough to test seriously: 15-25 variants is plenty for one sprint.
