Choose 5-10 competitors that buyers realistically compare against you. Add their homepage URLs, target audience, category, positioning notes, pricing page URL if relevant, and primary CTA into Airtable. Include one or two aspirational brands outside your direct competitor set if their messaging is unusually strong.
