From Google Ads, export the last 60-90 days of campaign data. Include campaign, ad group, keyword, match type, search term where available, quality score components, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions, conversion rate, and final URL. Focus first on ad groups with high spend, low quality score, high CPC, or weak conversion rate.
