Start from a single approved strategic narrative, extract its claim structure and proof, then adapt it into nine channel assets without letting each format dilute the original point of view.

Why this works
Most repurposing starts with format and loses the original argument. This workflow starts by locking the narrative spine, proof, and non-negotiable claims, then changes only the framing and format needed for each channel. That produces variety without turning one strong point of view into nine unrelated pieces of copy.

Campaign kit
Nine channel-specific assets
The workflow intentionally produces a bounded campaign system instead of an open-ended pile of repurposed copy.
Message consistency
One approved narrative spine across all assets
Each asset can vary in format while still tracing back to the same claim and proof.
Reusable system
One visual and adaptation rule set
The rules and Canva components can be reused for the next campaign without copying the finished assets.

In Google Docs, reduce the source narrative to five things: the buyer tension, the point of view, the main claim, the proof that earns the claim, and the action you want the audience to take. Highlight any sentence that is approved verbatim and any claim that requires exact evidence. Ask the original author or product marketer to sign off on this one-page spine before you adapt anything. The QA test is whether someone can read the spine and retell the argument without seeing the original document.
An approved one-page narrative spine with claims, proof, and CTA.
If the source has three competing big ideas, pick one campaign argument. Repurposing cannot fix a narrative that has not made a choice.

Choose nine assets based on the campaign, not a preset checklist. A common mix is LinkedIn post, carousel, sales email, nurture email, paid-social ad, landing-page hero, one-page PDF, short video script, and sales talk track. For each asset, write its audience moment, job, length constraint, proof available, and CTA. Remove any asset that has no distinct job. Review the matrix with channel owners before drafting so the kit reflects how those channels are actually used.
A nine-asset matrix with a distinct job and constraint for every format.
“We need it because we always make one” is not a channel job. Make every asset earn its place in the campaign.
