Why this works
Scaled landing pages fail when generation is faster than governance. This workflow treats copy blocks, proof, and tracking as controlled inputs, so Claude Code can produce volume while Webflow still has a clear release boundary and a human can reject weak or unsupported variants before they go live.
Expected results
Page governance
Every generated page has a stable page ID and approval status
The page registry makes bulk production auditable and gives the team a precise rollback scope.
Claim control
Published claims come from an approved library or explicit review
This prevents scale from turning into unsupported specificity or invented proof.
Release method
Draft-first batch publishing
Separating generation from publication creates a human review boundary before a systemic error reaches production.

List the actual variants you need and the reason each variant exists: industry, persona, use case, region, account, event, or offer. In Google Sheets, create one row per page with a stable page ID, target audience, problem, desired action, offer, proof requirement, keyword if relevant, owner, and planned URL. Remove rows where the only difference would be swapping a company or industry name. Review the matrix with product marketing so each surviving page has a real messaging reason to exist.
A page matrix where every variant has a distinct audience or intent rationale.
If you cannot explain in one sentence why a visitor needs this page instead of the generic page, do not generate it.

Create a controlled library of message modules: problem statements, value propositions, differentiators, approved claims, customer proof, CTA options, and phrases that are off limits. Add source links and approval dates for every claim that could be challenged. Separate universal modules from segment-specific modules and mark which combinations are allowed. The QA gate is product marketing approval of the library before Claude Code receives any generation request.
An approved message and proof library with allowed combinations and sources.
Do not let the generation step paraphrase quantified customer claims freely. Store approved claim language exactly and insert it as a locked module.
