Use approval statuses such as not reviewed, internal only, approval needed, sent for approval, approved, rejected, expired, and retired. Add usage options for internal sales enablement, one-to-one sales sharing, anonymized quote, public quote, public video, and case study seed. Review the tracker with sales enablement, customer marketing, and whoever owns legal approval so the team does not create assets it cannot use.
